The All Saints Church in Georgia's Gurdjaani, recently restored, will reopen for Mariamob celebrations on August 28th, Georgia Online reports, citing the Ereti agency.
A municipality specialist, Tamaz Markozashvili, said that the damaged roof of the church has been repaired. The church was repaired by the Agency of Cultural Heritage Protection. The work took a year.
The All Saints Church was built in the 8th-9th century. It is the only double dome Orthodox church in the world.
