Two suspected murderers of police officers detained in the Stavropol Territory, Vitaly Klenov, 36, and Stanislav Kochetov, 24, have been detained, ITAR-TASS reports.
The officers’ police car was found open under a bridge on the 205th km of the Zelenokumsk-Georgiyevsk road on the night of January 24. Bodies of the two officers of Soldato-Alexandrovskoye were found nearby. According to investigators, the officers received a call to check two suspicious vehicles at the Kuma Railway Station.
Yekaterina Danilova, senior assistant of the chief of the regional investigative committee, said that the murder had been committed to cover a crime against property the assailants had been planning.
