Miro Amadyan, 30, a notable criminal authority named Miron, has been detained on the Novoryazanskoye Highway in the south-eastern part of Moscow, ITAR-TASS reports.
He had a fake passport with a different name. According to the police, Amadyan was trying to take control over criminal groups specialized in crimes in Moscow. They added that the criminal was illegally living in the Moscow Region.
The police have collected materials to punish Amadyan for violating migration and residence rules.
