Reconstruction of the Roksky Tunnel connecting Russia and South Ossetia will be completed in September 2014, not as planned in late 2015, said Gayoz Makiyev, Head of the North Caucasus Highway Directorate, ITAR-TASS reports.700 people are working in three shifts to accomplish the project. About 150 out of 3730m of the tunnel need reconstructing. Ventilation systems will be launched in May.
