Kidnapped journalist turns out to be militants’ collaborator

Timur Kurbanmahomedov, employee of the ‘Hudamedia’ publishing house who went missing a week ago, has given himself up to the police, confessing that he collaborated with militants’ armed groups, RIA Novosti reports. Kurbanmahomedov claimed that he had assisted the gunmen since January 2009, hiding weapons and armaments for them.
Previously, the authorities declared that they possess no information on the missing journalist's whereabouts.
