A total of 28 people have been killed in violence in Kiev, the Ukrainian Healthcare Ministry said this morning, Interfax reports.
445 people have asked for medical aid, and 287 of them were hospitalized. 88 of them are law enforcers, 6 journalists, an MP of the Fatherland Party Vasily Pazenyak, four children and two foreigners.
February 20 was declared a day of mourning.
