Disorder in Kiev has renewed. Protesters started storming the October Palace at 9.00AM, moving towards the parliament, ITAR-TASS cites MP Vladimir Litvin as saying.
The police were pushed back to the Marrinsky Park. The parliament was evacuated. The police have pushed protesters away from the October Palace to the Maidan Nezalezhnosti Square. About 3,000 protesters can be seen in Institutskaya Street.
