Judge Georgie o’Toole has appointed David Brack as a new lawyer of Dzhokhar Tsarnayev, alleged organizer of the Boston Marathon blast, ITAR-TASS reports.
Brack has been a lawyer for over 30 years. He was the lawyer of one of the hijackers of a Pan American plane in Karachi in 1986 and a member of terrorists responsible for a blast at the US Embassy in Nairobi in 1998.
Tsarnayev had four layers, headed by Miriam Conrad. One of her clients was Richard Reid who carried a bomb to a American Airlines jet in his shoe after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Other lawyers of Tsarnayev are Judith Clark (Ted Kaczynski case, Susan Smith case, Gabrielle Giffords case)
