A criminal case has been initiated against the administration of the Tarumovsky District for parcellation of 213 hectares of land along the Astrakhan-Makhachkala Federal Highway for Dagagrocomplex in August 2011, Yuga.ru reports.
The land was given without an auction. The case will be studied on March 5.
Documents from January 1, 2011, to December 5, 2013, were checked.
According to investigators, thousands of hectares of agricultural lands were also granted without an auction. Over 10 cases have been initiated over land parcellation of the administration.
