Six Russian traffic police officers in the Stavropol Territory, including the head of a shift, have been dismissed from duty, though not fired, for receiving bribes, Yuga.ru reports.
A whole shift of a stationary traffic police post near the entrance to Kislovodsk was detained for receiving bribes. One of the officers tried to escape and rammed a service car. Each officer had allegedly received up to 100,000 rubles a day. They had an alcohol tester that always gave positive results.
