Principal of Kabardino-Balkarian school with poisoned children fired

Khusen Kazhokov, principal of a middle school in Nizhny Terek (Urvansky District, Kabardino-Balkaria), has been fired for an incident on February 21, when about 60 children were poisoned with chloride vapours, Yuga.ru reports.Most children have already returned home from hospital. Only 5 of them remain at the neurology section of the hospital.According to investigators, the locker room where children were changing clothes for physical exercises was washed with high-concentration chloride, causing vapors in the building. Kazhokov denies excessive chloride concentration.A criminal case has been initiated. The ex-principal may get up to 2 years in jail.
