Three plaintiffs in Kabardino-Balkaria have got conditional sentences. Two of them from the Baksansky Interdistrict Section of the Federal Plaintiff Service got 2.5 and 3 years of conditional sentences. An ex-plaintiff from the Prokhladnensky District got a year, ITAR-TASS reports.
They were charged with abuse of authority, forgery and fraud.
