An earthquake with a magnitude of about 3 points was registered 10km north-east of Qabala (Qabala District, Azerbaijan) at 2.41AM today, the Republican Center of the Seismological Service of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences reports.
No damage has been reported.
The Qabala District is 220km from Baku.
