Over 20 million rubles were stolen from the Russian deferral budget in Dagestan by Pazludin Magomedov, Director of Sarmat.
According to investigators, he presented VAT declarations for Q4 2009 in January 2010. The document contained false data regarding the purchase of over 7,500 tons of gasoline worth over 185 million rubles. The businessman received illegal compensation worth 20.2 million rubles.
Magomedov pleaded guilty. His case has been sent to the district court of Makhachkala.
