The MRSK Yuga has restored power in the Rostov, Volgograd and Astrakhan Regions and Kalmykia, RIA Novosti reports.
The power cut happened on Tuesday as a result of heavy rain and intense wind that broke power lines. About 33,000 people experienced the power cut in Kalmykia alone.
