The Ingush regional committee for youth affairs has announces a contest for the best song and music for a youth anthem, Vesti-Kavkaz reports.
Any citizen of any age may take part in the contest, regardless of professional skills. People may organize into groups for the contest.
Votes for the best anthems will take place on March 30, 2014.
