Over 3,000 rounds of different caliber, a radio station, radio batteries, two chargers and materials for production of explosives were found 150m away from the Azau-Prokhladny Federal Highway, not far from Bylym (Elbrussky District, Kabardino-Balkaria), Interfax-South reports.
The cache belonged to a 28-year-old resident killed in a special operation in Bylym in mid-December 2013.
The police found an AK, a pistol with a silencer, four grenades, 4 AK-74 magazines, 160 machine gun rounds, 2 artillery shots, 2 detonators in a forest in the Kumtorkalinsky District (Dagestan). The cache belonged to Sheykhov, leader of the Buynaksk Gang killed in August 2013.
A criminal case was initiated for arms trafficking.
