The Russian Federal Migration Service does not plan to form the “migration police,” RIA Novosti reports.
According to media reports yesterday, the law on immigration control developed by the Service would authorize it to check documents, belongings of foreigners. The Migration Service clarified today that it would not carry out any investigations.
