Two unidentified people threw an explosive device at police officers trying to check their documents in Nalchik (Kabardino-Balkaria) at 9.30PM on March 31, ITAR-TASS reports.
An officer was wounded by the explosion. The perpetrators left dropped an improvised bomb while running away. Police are searching for the attackers.
A criminal case was initiated for illegal acquisition, storage and carrying of explosives, illegal production of explosives and an attack on police officers.
