Caucasus Muslim leader warns against anti-government moves

Sheikh-ul-Islam Allakhshukur Pashazadeh, chairman of the Caucasus Muslim Administration, said at a meeting with religious officials in the Gubinsky District (Azerbaijan) that aggressive religious movements fighting against statehood should be countered together, 1news.az reports.

He emphasized that people joining Syrian militants could not be regarded as religious people because a religious person must protect the family and homeland.
