A burglar was sentenced to 25 years in prison for breaking into a police officer’s house and murdering his 11 and 12-year-old sons in Beliji (Dagestan), RIA Novosti reports.
The perpetrator stole a box containing jewelry worth 300,000 rubles. Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev ordered the police to find the murderer as soon as possible.
The criminal was caught and identified as Hussein Ferzaliyev. He said that the children were killed as they were witnesses.
