Ukrainian acting Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said that the Kharkov regional administrative building was cleared of protesters, Interfax reports.
Pro-Russian protesters occupied the building last night. They needed 10 minutes to break in. Less than half an hour later, they raised the Russian flag. The police have now cleared the building.
