Firecracker casings found on Flag Square in Baku

The Ministry of Emergency situations of Azerbaijan had previously received information about an explosive device planted on State Flag Square in Baku, Trend reports. Today this information was disproved, as the experts working at the scene found only two firecracker casings, Trend reports.
