Almost the whole territory of Georgia lost electric supplies due to damage to high-voltage power lines in the settlement of Ksani in the region of Mtskheta Mtianeti not far from Tbilisi, RIA Novosti cites the spokesman of the "State Electric System of Georgia" company.
