The head of Karachay-Cherkessia, Boris Yebzeyev, has declared the religious festival of Eid-ul-fitr, celebrated on September 9 this year, to be an official holiday, Uga.ru reports.
If anyone has to work on September the 9th this year they have the right to compensation.
