Over 200 Iranian professors have signed a letter requesting that U.S. scientist Richard Frye be buried in Isfahan, according to his will, Trend reports.
Richard Frye, a professor at Harvard University, was studying the ancient culture and language of Iran. He died in Boston in March 2014 at the age of 93. He requested to be buried in a mausoleum on the bank of the Zayandeh River in Isfahan. Some Iranian scientists accuse him of being a CIA agent. As a result, there are problems with his funeral.
