Dagestani Chief Investigator Rasul Temirbekov said that the murder case of lawmaker Musa Islavov was solved, RIA Dagestan reports.
The name of the murderer was kept a secret for the sake of the investigative process.
Islavov was killed in Khasavyurt on April 17.
