The Presidential Library of Mikheil Saakashvili will open at the Saburtalo District of Tbilisi at 5.00PM today, according to Andro Barnov, chairman of the Guardian Board of the library, News Georgia reports.
Architect Jurgen Mayer donated the architectural project of the library to Saakashvili. Lado Abramishvili was the co-author of the building.
The five-storey library has a café, a conference hall.
