Miroslav Rudenko, a self-defense leader in Donbass, has stated that there had been shooting on the outskirts of Sloviansk about 40 minutes ago, Interfax reports.
He said that roadblocks of the city were attacked. The activist added that cellphone communication with the headquarters of Sloviansk resistance was down.
