Azerbaijani military scientist Khalilov arrested

Elchin Khalilov, ex-head of the Science Center of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, has been arrested for three months over articles 308.2 and 179.3.2 of the Criminal Code, APA reports.The Republican Military Prosecution Office clarified that the scientist had committed major property thefts while heading the organization.
