Vladimir Karasev, coordinator of the Russian Sector – Ukraine separatist movement in Lugansk, said that the “federalization” activists took the local TV company under control, RIA Novosti reports.
Karasev noted that many regional TV broadcasting towers had been in Donetsk yesterday, although there was nothing to broadcast.
