Andrey Magera, head of the Ukrainian Central Electoral Commission, said that a member of the district electoral commission N50 had been kidnapped, ITAR-TASS reports.
He called it a terrorist act and added that the CEC blocked access to 7 offices of the state registry of voters in the Lugansk Oblast and 7 in the Donetsk Oblast.
