Over 51,000 people in 53 residential areas in the Nozhay-Yurtovsky District of Chechnya experienced a power cut at 8.00AM, ITAR-TASS reports.
All social facilities use reserve power sources.
According to the preliminary version, the power cut was caused by a broken power line. 12 people and four vehicles of Chechenenergo were sent to fix the lines.
