A special operation started in Semender (Makhachkala outskirts, Dagestan) where a group of militants was surrounded in a private house, ITAR-TASS reports.
A woman, presumably the wife of the house’s owner, came out.
The counter-terrorism operation regime was initiated in the Kirovsky District of Makhachkala at 5.30AM.
