Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Georgian veterans and all the citizens of Georgia with the Victory Day.
The president's message talks about hopes of maintaining the "centuries-old traditions of friendship and mutual understanding - a key pledge of restoring good neighborliness between the two countries."
