Flooding of the Zhemtalinka River resulted in water shortages in Nizhnyaya Zhemtala (Chereksky District, Kabardino-Balkaria) yesterday night, Yuga.ru reports.
The river broke a car bridge connecting two parts of the village. About 250 people were left without water supply. People have to move through Verkhnyaya Zhemtala to reach from one part of the village to another.
