Russian Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets has pointed out to the need to verify the qualification of migrants and their employment prior to coming to Russia.
"When we allow someone to a workplace, it is assumed that the person has the necessary qualifications. And for some reason, we tacitly assume that the majority of migrants possess qualifications in relation to the work they perform," RIA Novosti quotes Golodets as saying.
Golodets, referring to experts, noted that today in Russia the share of migrants is higher than the market requires.
