Unidentified saboteurs organized an explosion at the Almaznaya substation at the Stakhanov Factory of ferro-alloys in the Luhansk Oblast of Ukraine at about 3.00am, RIA Novosti reports.
The attackers opened fire from automatic weapons to damage equipment.
The staff of the substation were forced to shut the power down to prevent the fire from spreading. The factory remains idle.
