The head of the a police division at the Makhachkala city airport and an authorized operative officer of the Economic Security and Corruption Control Unit were detained for racketeering a businessman, RIA Dagestan reports.
Accordign to the police, the two officers demanded a businessman to pay them 200,000 rubles for his luggage-packing service at the airport. The police will now inspect staff and authorities of the airport.
