Timur Taysumov, a spokesman of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies in Chechnya, said that 43 residential areas experienced a power cut in the Vedensky District of Chechnya last night, ITAR-TASS reports.
The Shali substation was shut down.
An accident happened at the Samashki substation on May 20 as a result of severe weather. Residents of the Achkhoy-Martanovsky District had a power cut. Power was restored at about 9.00pm.
