12 farmlands and about 180 gardens were flooded yesterday morning. The state of emergency has not been lifted in the Shpakovsky District. Forecasts say that rains will continue in the region until early June. The government formed a special structure to monitor the process. It is considering mobilizing the military to help in the situation.
