10 Dagestani natives suspected of planning a terrorist attack on the Victory Day were detained in Moscow on May 7, RIA Novosti reports.
Law enforcers received information about purchase of components that could be used for bomb construction by the suspects. The Rys special police unit assisted in their detention. The police found an improvised bomb made from a five-liter container filled with projectile elements.
