The Kurjinovo-Pkhiya road in Karachay-Cherkessia was damaged by a mudslide on Monday. The mudslide blocked access to the villages of Aziatsky, Pkhiya, Damkhurts, Zagedan and Rozhkoa, ITAR-TASS reports.
Reconstruction of the road will renew at 8.00am.
The rising water level on the Bolshaya Laba River flooded 10 houses in Kurjinovo and Psemen in the Urupsky District. The water level has already dropped. 28 specialists and 20 vehicles are operating in the area.
