Six criminal cases have been initiated against the Kizilyurt administration (Dagestan) over lease of six land lots with a total area of 1480.6 square meters, RIA Dagestan reports.
The land was leased without an auction, thus violating the law on competition. The local administration made similar violations in 2013. The Anti-Monopoly Service has three other cases over land with a total area of 5750 square meters. The cases will be considered on July 1-3.
