In order to study the experience of foreign colleagues in preparation for the 2018 World Cup in the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia will send representatives to Brazil. The Center for International Police Cooperation (CIPC) has been formed for the period that Brazil is holding the World Cup and all the countries participating in the championship have been invited to connect to work together."During their stay in Brazil the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia will carry out functions of officers of communication, providing interaction between the operational divisions of the department and the Brazilian side and other participants of CIPS online," the ministry stated."Studying the experience of foreign colleagues in carrying out a World Cup will provide an additional opportunity for development of strategic and practical decisions in the field of safety in preparing for the FIFA World Cup of 2018 in Russia," RIA Novosti cites the department's statement.
