The vehicle that blew up in a residential area of Vladikavkaz on
Saturday night was not a terrorist attack, RIA Novosti reports, citing
the deputy head of the North Ossetian Ministry of Interior Affairs,
Soslan Sikoyev.
He said that the explosion may have been caused by careless use of a grenade.
The explosion in the central market of Vladikavkaz on September 10th
killed 17 and injured over 160 people.
