Muruan al-Qavasme and Amar Abu-Aisha from Hebron are suspected of kidnapping three Israelis (aged 16-19) in the West Bank on June 15, Interfax reports.
The two suspects were reported to have contacts with the Hamas movement. They have already served time in an Israeli jail for terrorism. One of them is believed to have U.S. citizenship.
Relatives of the two suspects have been unable to contact them since the kidnapping. Israel blames Hamas for the incident. Hundreds of Palestinians have been detained over the kidnapping.
