Channel One cameraman Anatoly Klyan, 68, died near a military base in Donetsk last night. The press service of the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic” organized his visit to the base together with mothers of soldiers serving there, ITAR-TASS reports.
The bus the journalist took travelled only 500m before it was attacked. The cameraman was fatally shot in the stomach. The speaker of the Supreme Council of the “Donetsk People’s Republic,” Vladimir Makovich, confirmed the incident.
