State of emergency declared throughout Rostov Oblast

The governor of the Rostov Oblast, Vasily Golubev, has declared a state of emergency due to all the Ukrainian refugees in the region. A state of emergency has been declared in six more cities and 34 more districts, ITAR-TASS reports.

A state of emergency was declared on 15 territories of the region on June 4. A total of 19,812 refugees, including 7,478 children, were accommodated in the Rostov Oblast this morning. 3,700 were temporarily accommodated at 60 centers. 15,700 were accommodated by relatives and friends.
