A Ramadan marquee gas been set up in Moscow in front of the Memorial Mosque. The opening ceremony was attended by Muslim spiritual leaders, federal and city officials, public figures and artists.
It is the ninth time the marquee has been set up. It will be used for hosting cultural events.
